THE RESOURCE LISTING TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

All listing requests are subject to the stipulations indicated on the Resource Listing Application and as clearly defined here in this agreement:

  1. The following types of websites will not be accepted:
    • Sites with inappropriate material that use or are affiliated in any way with adult drugs, gambling, tobacco, lingerie, illegal drugs, alcohol, adult content, dating and match making, witchcraft, occult and hate
    • Sites that are just affiliate links and serve no other purpose
    • Sites that are under construction and have no content at all
    • Sites that are just doorway pages to other websites
    • Sites that hide their link(s) and/or link page(s) or who's link pages are totally useless to visitors
      • If our reciprocal link is on a page with more than 100 other links, and/or if our reciprocal link is mixed with other links of totally different content, and/or if the page is just a splattering of links that nobody is ever going to attempt to read in the first place and we will not exchange links.
  2. Reciprocal Link Requirements - A reciprocal link is required on the same domain for which you wish us to exchange links. In addition, a path from your home page to your links page is required in those instances. The agreement to place your listing will be terminated without notice if the link exchange is broken from your end.
  3. A valid e-mail address must be provided. E-mail addresses that originate from your domain are preferred. E-mail addresses from 'hotmail', 'yahoo' and 'gmail' are not desired. Please use the e-mail address associated with your website submission or business.
  4. Only one link request per domain is allowed.

You will be notified of your Approval or Disapproval within 7 to 14 business days of the date you submit your application. We reserve the right to refuse any Resource Application for any reason.
